Air conditioner did not perform well. Need attention.Unless you have your own vehicle, getting local rides is difficult from and to this location.

Location and staff were excellent. They served us with pleasure specially Rubina was very helpful in nature. Overall,though the property looked old at first glance but our stay came out to be exemplary with sweet memories.

Swimming pool was a bit small.

Attention to detail, including choice of pillow types, the decoration using traditional dolls of Madurai in the room, hospitality of the staff and the personal attention of the staff in the restaurant, and the wonderful quality live music in the evening.

Though very close to most key attractions of Madurai, the immediate environment of the hotel is not very good: for example, a bridge ramp is right at the entrance to the hotel. The hotel cannot do much about it.

Good ambient and friendly staff who assisted as required . Good breakfast with lot of options with excellent quality

Need of renovation particularly the bathrooms. Need to maintain quality.

We had a very comfortable stay at GRT Regency. The staff is genuinely warm and hospitable from housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk. Service with a smile is part of their DNA!Variety and quality of food is exceptional.Reading through the eco-friendly philosophy and actions of the CEO and management was inspirational. They are actually implementing the RRRs across all facets of the hotel. Wishing them more success!

Better put up a board saying the hotel is reserved for foreigners only.

Your front desk staffs are not at all okay. I travelled with my aged parents and asked the front desk to send my luggage to my room. Even after I reminded the front desk 10mts after reaching the room the luggage was not sent. I waited for another 15 mts then came down and carried my luggage by self.Gust treatment by your front desk staffs are not at all okay.

I liked that the room was clean and comfortable.

The common spaces such as corridors and lobby are not air conditioned. It gets very warm and stuffy. Quite unpleasant given that it is already very hot outside.

Breakfast spread was nice. Room was big and spacious.

Very small pool , music in the restaurant was of very poor quality ( broken speakers) and loud.

The Hotel was very clean,and the rooms were very good.Linens clean.Bathroom was very clean,with Dove body wash,Shampoo,Conditioner,Body lotion and Hand wash,and Body lotion.The Complimentary Breakfast was a very good spread.I liked the Black Kavuni Idly,Pongal,Vada,Kesari,and all kinds of Breads,Egg,and both Veg.and Non Veg side dishes.

The approach Road was not good.Lots of pot holes.

Breakfast options were excellent. restaurant staff too good and friendly. Ragi koolu , pongal all traditional tamil foods are avaiable.

room key always not activate. each time we need to activate again. if we keep near phone ,it lose its activation. this can be better.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. WiFi was very stable and fast. Staff were extremely polite and cooperative. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and always came to us with a smile on their faces.

I liked the decor and the desk in my room. I was there to work so needed the desk. The hotel has made a good effort to reduce use of plastics
